Make It Factory is a venue and event space first: a downtown Ashburn place to gather, host, and program. The longer arc is a creative hub and incubator, but the near term is space that works.

Consistent local programming and event use. Momentum comes from showing up, not from announcing a bigger vision before the room earns it.
